The state cotton and silk products development base is set up by the state textile products development center and China cotton textile industry association and is operated by Tianjin Tianfang investment holding Co., Ltd, which is made up with many projects including cotton texture, printing and dyeing, colored weaving. The state cotton and silk products development base will consist on high-end products with specialization, individuation and high-tech to take more market. Six series of products will be formed through raw materials versatility, deep process series and products functionalization.
