The State Council defines in the Comments on Relevant Issues Concerning Development and Opening up in Tianjin Binhai New Area that Tianjin Binhai New Area is approved to be a national comprehensive reform experimental area. It takes the lead to test some important measures of reform and opening up, of which one of key points of recent works is to establish Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area for the sake of further boosting opening up of Tianjin Binhai New Area.
