A Tianjin citizen recently opened his newly remodeled porcelain house to the public. Zhang Lianzhi, who has been collecting porcelain pieces for years, used over 2 million porcelain pieces to decorate his house.
The French-style house was left unused for almost ten years. Zhang bought it and decided to refurnish it with his porcelain collection. Zhang says that visitors will be able to see many Chinese porcelain products from various Chinese dynasties.
The project, which took five years to complete, reportedly cost Zhang half a billion yuan.
