  The managerial staffs gather together the employed workers to explian the rules of dining hall outside the yellow line on Feb. 24. The department of Human Resources and Social Security of the Xiqing district of Tianjin set up a 24-hour boarding house for job seekers during the Spring Festvial. After job seekers register their personal information here, they are able to enjoy free services including free room and board and assistance locating a job. At any time of the day the boarding house is open for registration. The boarding house has set up a 24-hour job fair.
